Dominic and his team were very easy to work with. I do recommend working with them if you need to sell a fixer upper. They paid a very fair wholesale price for my aunt's home after she passed and cooperated with the estate to make the liquidation process very easy. I look forward to seeing what they do with the place in preparing it for the homeowner that will ultimately live there.
