This was a Levittown house someone lived in for decades. When it came to the family through the estate, it came with everything still in it — the furniture, the closets, the paperwork on the dining table, a garage packed wall to wall.

What we did

We bought it as it sat. They took what they wanted to keep, walked out, and left the rest to us — the cleanout, the dumpsters, the whole thing. No cleaning, no repairs, no showings with strangers walking through their parents' house.

Then we rebuilt it: kitchen, two baths, floors, windows, siding, the yard. It went back on the market as a finished home for a new family.
